Clothing Transport Capacity at Minh Phước

Minh Phước Transport currently owns nearly 100 different types of trucks, including flatbed, tarpaulin-covered, and specialized vehicles. Our truck fleet comes in various sizes and weights to accommodate different types of cargo. This includes:

• The Minh Phước depot located on National Highway 1A, covering nearly 4,000m², with nearly 45 vehicles ranging from 500kg to 16 tons. We provide services for both local transportation in Ho Chi Minh City and inter-provincial shipping. Our Ho Chi Minh City warehouse is equipped with forklifts and cranes to assist with loading and unloading large items.

• The Minh Phước depot in Da Nang spans 2,000m², with nearly 20 vehicles weighing between 3 tons and 12 tons. This depot only handles inter-provincial transportation.

• The Minh Phước depot in Hanoi spans 3,000m², housing nearly 35 vehicles ranging from 2 tons to 16 tons. We offer both local delivery within Hanoi and inter-provincial shipping.

Clothing Transportation Methods at Minh Phước

Minh Phước Transport accepts clothing shipping along the North-South route. We offer two shipping methods depending on the amount of goods: consolidated shipments (shared truck loads) and full truck loads. With our large fleet of trucks, we ensure that goods are always transported quickly within the same day. Our trucks are spacious, clean, and designed to prevent moisture damage to fabrics. We have safety policies in place to ensure the safe transport of your goods.

Consolidated Shipments

Consolidated shipping involves combining smaller orders, with a minimum weight of 50kg, to fill a truck for transport. We accept shipments from Ho Chi Minh City to provinces along National Highway 1A, with Hanoi as the final destination, and vice versa. Transportation time for goods from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Nang or Central provinces is 2-3 days, while shipments to Hanoi or Northern provinces take 3-4 days.

We have two truck runs per day from Ho Chi Minh City. Customers who bring their goods to the warehouse before 4:00 PM will have their shipments arranged for that same day. For orders over 3 tons, we provide door-to-door service within Ho Chi Minh City. Smaller shipments will incur an additional fee.

Full Truck Shipments

Full truck shipments are suitable for large orders over 2 tons. We accept transportation for shipments throughout all provinces across the country. Since no additional cargo needs to be added, this method ensures greater safety, and the delivery time is shorter compared to consolidated shipments. We always offer clear and transparent transportation contracts to ensure customer rights.

For full truck shipments, Minh Phước offers several promotions for customers, such as:

• Discounted transport fees of 5-10% off market prices. The larger the shipment, the cheaper the transportation cost.

• Free door-to-door pick-up and delivery for shipments over 3 tons.

• Free storage for up to 7 days at our Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hanoi warehouses.

• Complete transportation contracts and VAT invoices.

How We Calculate Clothing Transportation Fees

The transportation costs for customers include:

1. Shipping Fee: Clothing is considered a heavy cargo, so we calculate the fee based on weight (kg/ton). The shipping cost depends on the amount of goods and the pick-up/delivery locations.

2. Pick-up and Delivery Fee: We offer various pick-up and delivery options, such as pick-up and delivery at the warehouse, pick-up at the customer’s location with delivery to a warehouse, or door-to-door service for both pick-up and delivery. If the customer brings the goods to the warehouse and picks them up there, there are no additional charges.
