1. Customers contact us via email or phone. We will receive the information from the customer, survey the amount of goods to be transported, and provide a transportation quote. After agreement, we sign a transport contract.

2. Both parties agree on the delivery schedule, and loading/unloading is carried out from the warehouse to the transport port.

3. Goods are transported to the destination as requested by the customer.

4. After the customer inspects and approves, payment is made according to the contract. An invoice will be provided if requested.

A Few Things Customers Should Keep in Mind Before Shipping Their Car or Motorcycle

1. Research the transport company carefully Ask what type of transport vehicle will be used for your car or motorcycle. It’s essential to check the price and terms with the transport company, and it’s best to bring the vehicle in person once an agreement on the price and delivery time is made.

2. Prepare all necessary documents for your vehicle If transporting your motorcycle with the car, and both you and your vehicle are traveling on the same transport vehicle, simply bring your vehicle’s documents with you to show authorities if necessary. This is quite straightforward.

   However, if you and your vehicle are not on the same transport vehicle, you will need to provide the vehicle’s registration documents to the transport company, so they can prove the origin of the vehicle if required for inspection.

   Many transport companies will not agree to transport a vehicle without the necessary documents proving its origin because transporting without them could lead to confiscation of the vehicle and penalties for smuggling.

3. Wrap your vehicle with cardboard For motorcycles, when draining the fuel from the vehicle, wrap vulnerable parts such as the sides, fender, front and rear mudguards, and the front section with cardboard to ensure your motorcycle doesn’t get scratched during loading or unloading. For cars, just draining the fuel is sufficient.

4. Fill the vehicle with a moderate amount of fuel before shipping During transport, the transport company will drain all fuel from your vehicle to ensure the safety of both people and property during transit, as fuel leakage could lead to fire hazards on long-distance transport.

   If you’ve accidentally overfilled your vehicle with fuel before shipping, you can remove the excess by using a long plastic siphon tube and a container.
